Corfu Palace

A feasibility study was conducted to evaluate the future potential of the existing Corfu Palace hotel, commissioned by Orbys. The study explored various scenarios for the hotel’s future development beyond the current renovation, including repositioning, further upgrading and potential redevelopment options. Key aspects assessed included market positioning, concept strategy, operational implications, spatial constraints and financial feasibility. By analysing multiple development pathways, the study provided clear insight into the opportunities, risks and strategic choices available, supporting informed decision-making on the long-term direction and value optimisation of the hotel asset.
